This article is for the following endmills only:
- Kennametal KOR5 for Aluminum
- SGS Ski-Carb
- RobbJack FM Mirror Edge
These tool have extremely high process damping characteristics, so use the "Special KOR5 SkiCarb FM" material database and then select the ISO N code for the material.
If the endmill has chipbreaker, check the Tool Details to make sure the "Rougher" box is checked. We use this settings for both rougher profiles and added chipbreakers.
If you do not have this database, download it below, click the Open Database Folder button from the MillMax opening menu and drag the file into that folder.
