If you want to limit the RPM on a Dashboard for a low speed application you can submit the TXF file via email with the speed limit of your choice. If you want to limit by SFM, simply set the Dashboard to your preferred SFM value and convert it to RPM.

Send the email and you will receive back the updated TXF file from which you can generate a new Dashboard with RPM limit.
