The Dashboard you sent to a customer via email will not open or looks like this:

The customers' email system is blocking all HTM or HTML attachments in order to prevent phishing attacks. It also will not open on a tablet or smartphone, including iPads and iPhones.
The solution is to upload the Dashboard to the cloud and send them a link that will open on any device.
Click the link below and attach the dashboard HTM file you sent to you customer. BE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO BLANK SPACES IN THE FILE NAME OR IT WILL NOT WORK! You will get a link by return email that you can forward to your customer.
