The files are stored locally on your PC's hard drive, not in the cloud. Contact IT and get them to copy the files from your old computer. The path to the folder with your taptests and dashboards is as follows:
C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/MetalMax/SpeedCast
It is best practice to periodically backup your files on to a USB stick or external drive.
