ERROR MESSAGE: No hardware lock found. SpeedCast will not create or publish DCC's

This occurs when you start SpeedCast without a dongle inserted in a USB port. It can also occur if you launch too quickly after inserting a dongle. The dongle program takes a few seconds to activate.
