This error will appear if you tap a tool BEFORE updating the dongle, then click the Update Dongle app and attempt to publishing a DCC Dashboard. The file is corrupted and must be sent in to be repaired. Dongles are updated monthly, so its best practice to click the Update Dongle before any tap-test.
This also occurs when you launch SpeedCast software and then insert the dongle after starting. When you try to publish a DCC (Dashboard) by clicking on the Publish DCC button, you get this error message. You must insert the dongle before opening the SpeedCast software.
You may be able to do this yourself with our new self-repair beta application. Make sure the file name does not have any blank spaces. Replace them with dashes (-) or underscores (_). Click on the email link below, attach the file and send.
